Sanofi Ukraine, the part of Sanofi Group, diversified global healthcare leader, announces the position of Brand Manager.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Define the priority business opportunities and elaborate annual strategic marketing plans for the assigned brands;
Develop and execute consumer-centric multi-channel advertising and promotion campaigns to ensure the strategic objectives achievement:
monthly, quarterly and annual net sales values;
monthly, quarterly and annual net contribution;
previous period growth in both value (UAH) and volume (SKU's);
positive dynamics of market shares in both value (UAH) and volume (SKU's);
Regularly monitor achievement of the established strategic objectives, assess effectiveness of the advertising, trade marketing and medical promotion campaigns, evaluate adequacy of the existing pricing policy;
Elaborate and cascade to the Trade Marketing Manager the key inputs needed for the development and implementation of the trade marketing strategy;
Elaborate accurate and timely demand sales forecasts;
Personally participate to the certification of Pharmaceutical/Medical Sales Representative designated to promote assigned brands;
REQUIREMENTS:
Higher education - medical graduates are preferable but not mandatory, marketing education is highly desirable;
Work experience: minimum of 3 years of marketing experience within the OTC pharmaceutical or FMCG industry;
Advanced computer skills enabling freely navigate and use basic office applications;
