Head of Sales Academy
The role of Head of Sales Academy is crucial for Kaspersky Lab business: it is responsible for developing, executing and assessing the learning strategy to optimize the performance of the global sales organization. There is a growing need to build a bench of sales leaders committed to achieving ambitious company goals. The Head of Sales Academy will be responsible for building efficient and scalable Sales Academy linked directly to Kaspersky Lab portfolio, partner programs and other parts of learning eco-system. This role will report to the Head of Global Learning & Development.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and build Sales Academy organization, which provides sales associates with efficient and scalable learning framework according to business goals and target audience needs.
- Develop and communicate Learning Strategy for sales employees globally linked directly to company portfolio, partner programs and other parts of learning eco-system.
- Assess the quality and competence of sales force to establish effective learning and career passes for sales employees across the world.
- Design, deploy and analyze the efficient sales learning process: from requirements to training content & formats to the certification approaches and programs.
- Choose, deploy and manage in collaboration with HR Team the appropriate ERP and Learning Management systems to ensure efficient and smooth education process
- Sales Associates Talent Management: identify sales talents in line with the profile and then cultivate champions together with the managers
- Partner with functional and cross-functional areas and organizations, both internal and external, to identify and manage learning needs for the global sales organization.
Requirements:
- 7+ years experience in T&D or Knowledge Management
- Occupational competence in Sales preferable in IT/Telco business
- Experience with LMS, ERP, CRM, InterComm, fluent user of MS Office products
- Strong presentation skills, consulting/teaching experience.
- Project Management skills. Team Management skills. The ability to carry out responsibilities with minimal supervision and thrive both on own initiative and as a part of the team.
- Fluent English
- Experience with international companies is a plus
- Demonstrates the ability to design, deploy and analyze the sales training evaluation process.
- Excellent communication and Negotiation skills, facilitation skills, high EQ. Proactive and highly organized, with strong time management and planning skills, able to deliver clear and concise ideas to internal and external stakeholders.
- Personable and approachable, with enthusiastic and motivational nature and an overall passion for excellence.
