About the Job
We’re looking for a Product Owner to sit within our technology team at our Moscow-based office.
We’ve hired some of the most talented developers and designers that the world of tech has to offer, and we’re keen to showcase their talent to the world - and that’s where you come in.
As the Product Owner,
- You will own one of the Revolut Products: Premium, Wealth, Insurance, Customer Experience
- You will have Solution Architecture experience (preferred)
- You will be responsible for KPIs deliveries
- You will be designing flows based on current UI/UX guidelines (you should be fluent with Sketch)
- You will direct a team of developers and prioritise the product roadmap
- You will be working within ambiguity and create order and process out of uncertainty.
- You will identify market opportunities and define product vision and strategy
- You will understand customer needs and gather product requirements.
- You will develop a product which will have a great network effect
- You will engage closely with cross functional teams to help you determine the best technical implementation methods as well as a reasonable implementation schedule for your product to be a win
As a result, your and your team’s work will make a difference to millions of people across the world.
Requirements:
- Your background is in Product Design
- You have prior experience and track record of building successful (financial) business products using data, customer feedback, common sense, and / or machine learning.
- You possess knowledge and passion for emerging technologies (API’s, Native UI’s, RWD, and so on) and know how they are used to make Revolut for Business a global success.
- You are human centered with a natural empathy for customers - a bias to action and a proven track record of delivering product iterations to market at rapid speed.
- Experience with product management or product design with a focus on software products and technologies.
- Knowledge of multiple functional areas such as product management, engineering, UI, customer support, finance or marketing.
- The ability to evolve product strategy based on research, data and industry trends.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve strategic goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment.
- You possess experience working with agile methodologies and are highly technical e.g. fluent in SQL.
- Your previous experience is with start-ups and / or fin-techs (highly desirable).
