Dokumeds is looking for highly motivated and willing to develop together with the company candidate for the position of Logistics coordinator located in Russia (Moscow):
Logistics coordinator is involved and manages entire flow process of Investigational Product and other clinical trial supplies. We consider to allow professional growth in clinical trials in logistics field as Logistic Manager.
Responsibilities:
Work performed is in accordance with ICH E6 Guideline for Good Clinical Practice and Good Distribution Practice.
- Support custom clearance procedure (preparation of documentation, communication with Customs service, brokers and Sponsor.)
- Receive, record and register domestic and international shipments
- Manage domestic and international shipments of goods (ambient and cool chain), including but not limited to packing, dispatching, documentation, courier management
- Check the condition and quantity of goods delivered compared to supportive documents
- Ensure correct storage of goods: monitor goods and packaging, check and control warehouse conditions
- Ensure appropriate maintenance of Warehouse equipment and devices
- Supervise the transportation of goods and follow-up of transportation and delivery conditions
- Maintain a record of all shipments
- Perform records keeping and archiving
- Participate in vendor selection process
- Coordinate Warehouse related vendors (courier companies, customs brokers, destruction companies, cleaning service, equipment maintenance companies, wholesalers of medical products etc.)
- Management of alerts and violations (damage claims, violation of temperature regimen etc.), implement applicable CAPAs
- Carry out periodic inventories, maintain stock status report
- Perform risk assessment, develop mitigation actions.
- Develop and maintain applicable internal documents and procedures, tracking systems and other relevant documentation
Requirements:
- Degree in pharmacy will be considered as advantage
- Excellent knowledge of English, Russian languages as a must
- Good analytical thinking and problem solving skills
- Strong communication skills High sense of responsibility and accuracy
- Logistics/ warehouse operation experience
- Knowledge of local and international requirements in storage& distribution field (e.g. GMP, GSP, and GDP etc.)
