UK FTSE LISTED COMPANY and one of the largest event organisers in the world is looking for CRM specialist
Responsibilities:
- Supervises processes & provide support to sales & marketing teams:
- Account & Contact Management
- Order Processing
- Retention, upsell, grow and cross sales
- Sales Pipeline
- Reports & Dashboards
- Monitor and report on adoption, usage, key metrics and issues
- Visitor data management:
- Ensures trade show visitor data is brought in and inputted in the desired format
- Liaises with Event Directors to coordinate data clerks / resource requirements
- Applies quality measures and qualify the final data set for segmentation & promotion activities[KK1]
- Integrated Solutions & Applications:
- Provides 1st / 2nd line support to integrated solutions and applications such as Online Floor Plans, Document Management, E-Signature Automation
- Data Quality:
- Monitors user behaviour and identify data quality / depth related issues
- Restricts data input to system screens and data templates that are approved by the Group
- Benefits from automated reports to monitor data completeness KPIs
- Coordinates data cleansing and deletion exercises as per the guidelines & policies
- Engages in data quality audits (planned or spot) with guidance from the line manager
- Policy Implementation:
- Internalises all privacy, data & information security documents
- Helps the Group with the localisation and version control of relevant documents
- Adopts a non-compromise approach and escalate non-compliance with line manager(s)
- Trainings & Communication:
- Assist the Group with the production and localisation of training materials
- Plans and coordinates training sessions for new users and organises follow up sessions to ensure adoption against existing and new functionalities
- Manages end-user communication; such as the CRM Monthly/Weekly support newsletter and customer events
- Support:
- Continuously monitors system performance across the CRM system and integrated solutions
- 1st / 2nd line support across the CRM and integrated solutions
- Uses the dedicated Help Desk automation software to respond to, track, escalate and close issues
Requirements:

Experience & Knowledge - Essential
- University Degree in Business Administration, Management of Information Systems or Computer Science
- Strong Customer Relationship Management system experience and excellent computer skills
- At least 18 months experience of Microsoft Dynamics administration and support
- Previous experience of data cleansing/purging essential
- Able to conduct research into database issues, standards, logs and products

Experience & Knowledge - Desirable
- Email marketing and campaign experience (preferably via a CRM system) is beneficial
- Previous experience in delivery of training to small groups beneficial
- Events, exhibitions and / or business media background
