Deloitte is seeking to hire a Senior Consultant in Financial Risk Management group to join the Risk Advisory Department at the Moscow office.

Deloitte's Risk Advisory Department is a leading provider of internal control, internal audit and risk management in the CIS, with over 110 dedicated professionals across 14 offices, serving clients in the CIS and abroad.
As part of this team, you will work with high-profile clients, including owner-managed businesses, multinationals and public companies in a variety of industry sectors. You will have the opportunity and support to take on responsibility early on, making a real contribution from day one.
The role will involve:
- Development of quantitative risk models (credit, market, liquidity risk, IRR, etc.), model documentation and process description development
- Development of risk management policies, processes and procedures
- Assessment of clients’ risk management policies and procedures
- Managing the engagement team and providing quality assurance of results prepared by junior staff
- People development (inside and outside the engagement team)
- Delivering and presenting engagements, identifying financial and business risks, analysing business processes and controls, developing and implementing controls testing for work programmes to provide assurance over the design and operating effectiveness of controls, drafting reports and agreeing the draft findings and recommendations for improvement with client management
- Working with colleagues in other specialist areas of the team to ensure that our key clients and relationships receive broader ERS propositions
- Demonstrating specific service area/competency and/or industry knowledge that provides tangible value to our clients and acting as a subject-matter specialist for other functions inside the Deloitte network
- Meeting client expectations and delivering engagement objectives as part of a team
- Anticipating client needs based on a strong understanding of the client and its industry
- Actively participating in business and practice development initiatives
Requirements:
- 3+ years in financial risk management (consulting practice in Audit at one of the Big Four or other leading consulting firms or leading banks);
- Areas of specialisation: credit modelling, market risk evaluation, liquidity risk management, internal capital adequacy modelling, financial risks stress testing, credit underwriting and borrowers’ cash flow modelling;
- Good understanding of banking business and processes; practical implications of Basel II/III requirements;
- Higher education in math or math methods in economy;
- FRM/PRM/CFA certificate is an advantage;
- Mastering R, SAS, @Risk or analogues;
- Problem solving, ability to deliver excellent quality.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in Russian and English
- All candidates must have full travel mobility and the right to live and work in Russian Federation.
