Currently we are looking for a pro-active and business minded professional to be Deputy Manager Business Navigation & Operations Group. At this position we expect you to support the Manager in steering and navigating the Centre business towards sustainable long term profitability and to maximize its asset value, customer visitation and satisfaction.Responsibilities:
- Support the Manager in navigating the Centre towards its strategies and KPIs by striving to reach set goals, to continuously improve and to secure sustainable long term profitability, in particular:
- Supporting to set Financial Goals and deliver Budget line with the Centre’s Business plan requirements,
- Supporting the Manager in monitoring the Centre overall performance, identify goal deviations, signalling in case of such to Centre Manager and respective Group managers, initiate corrective actions to eliminate or minimize such deviations;
- Promote cost conscious ways of working to co-workers to secure long-term profitability;
- Support development of business cases and other investment documentation from the financial perspective;
- Support implementation of new working methods, routines and procedures in the Centre.
- Support the Manager and Business Navigation Group in SO in driving and coordinating the Financial Planning-, Budgeting- and Follow-up Process within the Centre by breaking down the performance targets on function level;
- Benchmark and identify opportunities in the Centre (both running business and project activities) that have a business impact and escalate them to the Manager to facilitate continuous improvement of the Centre performance;
- Monitor market trends, analyse their potential impact on the Centre performance and propose ways to adopt the market trends to the Centre operations;
- Support the Manager in implementation and follow-up of the service fee strategy within the Centre, securing transparent and clear service cost structure and maintaining the cost at competitive level;
- Support the Manager in area of Risk assessment, Business Continuity Planning and Information Security within the Centre in cooperation with the Risk Department in SO;
- Support the Projects running in the Centre or for the Centre
- Support the Manager in daily operation work, discover and implement new ways to make our customers’ journey better (activities, services, approach, etc.)
- Support the Manager in building an efficient and high professional level team; teach, unite and motivate team members together with the Manager
- Complete higher education, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Humanitarian sciences;
- Minimum 3 years prior experience in property management/in operations of commercial real estate/in business navigation and controlling/in sales/in hospitality;
- Strong strategic and analytical skills;
- Strong practical knowledge of commercial real estate business and/or retailer business;
- Knowledge of facility management/operational work
- Understanding of the Profit and Loss and the key performance
- Experience in Sales or Hospitality area, understanding of customer needs, considering all issues from customer point of view
- Target oriented, structured, knowing how to set targets, make priorities and fulfil deadlines.
- Management/team leading experience
