A fantastic opportunity has arisen to work for a leading on-demand mobility company.
As an IFRS specialist you will be responsible for applying IFRS accounting principles and procedures to analyze financial information, prepare accurate and timely financial reports and statements and ensure appropriate accounting control procedures.
This vital role will provide you with a great opportunity to broaden your accounting experience with a dynamic, varied accounting environment.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Accounting and preparation of the financial reporting under IFRS;
- Collection, analysis and processing of data for compilation of management reports;
- Formation and timely submission of management reports to the management of Company;
- Article-by-article analysis of the reasons for rejection plan/ fact, preparation of necessary breakdowns;
- Contribution margin analysis;
- Participation in projects for the implementation of the Global procurement system, Budgeting and other optimization projects;
- Interaction with representatives of the Head Quarters in English;
- Interaction with external and internal auditors;
- ?Undertake other ad hoc duties ??as necessary.
Qualification:
- MS/ Specialist degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance from a Top University;
- Knowledge of basic RAS Standards and IFRS is mandatory;
- Strong knowledge of management accounting and budgeting;
- More than 2 years in position with similar responsibilities in a foreign company;
- Practical experience of monthly closing in the foreign companies in the fast close mode;
- Experience in implementation of accounting and consolidation automation projects;
- Experience of audit and interaction with Big 4 auditors;
- Strong knowledge of 1С 8.3, SAP, Microsoft Excel (i.e. pivot tables, look ups, etc);
- Ability to negotiate, carry on correspondence and prepare financial reports in English;
- Skill to work in team, focus on results, high-level leadership skills;
- Ability to work with large amount of information under tight deadlines;
- High level of responsibility, independence, stress resistance, ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneously, attentive to details, ability to operate figures easily, analytical mindset.
