IT branch Specialist Career

For the further expansion of the area support services we are looking for committed partners for our branch in Moscow as soon as possible
Trainee with focus on ERP support
You can expect:
- 12-month trainee program
- An exciting field of activities from contacting customer to analytical solution development
- The close cooperation with experienced senior support staff and senior consultants
- Regular training programs to expand business and systems knowledge
- Regular review of your performance based on certain tasks in real customer projects and in the support service
We expect from you:
- Successfully completed studies focusing on food technology or economics or business information technology or a comparable qualification
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills
- Good English or German knowledge: spoken and written
- Commitment and Flexibility
- Willingness to work as a first and the second level support
- Initiative and team work
Overview of our trainee program:
- Introduction to the basics of our CSB system as well as getting to know the interfaces to other departments
- Participation in training and the processing of further tasks as well as the independent establishment of a practice company
- Take over the first independent tasks in the field of support services in the context of the operation of the CSB-System
- Participation in a project and support at the customer in the field of project execution
During the trainee program you will have an experienced mentor at your side. After successfully completing the trainee program, you will strengthen our Support Services team
