- Responsible for the quality control procedures at the Lipetsk production facility
- Approve the plan of analysis for raw materials , finished products and TMP’s
- Maintenance and improvement of the QMS in accordance with Corporate rules and European site Quality System
- Responsible for the production and quality control procedures at the Russian production facilities in accordance with the European counterparts
- Hands-on Quality control of raw materials and finished products
- Managing and training of the QA / QC team
- Prepare and implement quality control procedures, if necessary
- Issue and modification of the inventory of measure equipment, calibration plan, calibration instruction, methods of analysis and plans of analysis for QC
- Issue of ranges of analysis
- Generation of specification sheets for raw materials
- Participate and contribute towards external inspections (GMP+, ISO 9001, etc…)
- All tasks mentioned in the system procedures and internal instructions of the quality system.
- Product development and process improvement
- Identify and report potential food safety issues and ensure compliance to policies and procedures
- Smooth collaboration with production, IPRA, marketing, finance and R&D teams in Russia and other European sites
- Provide support and assistance to CLS when needed
- Budgeting and its control
- Industrial Engineer on chemistry or agriculture (biology/microbiology) with several years of managment experience in Quality control, Quality Assurance at production
- Knowledge on HACCP, ISO 9001 is needed
- Knowledge on GMP+ or FAMI-QS is a plus
- Authorized ISO auditor is a plus
- Good computer skills
- Team player and good communicator
- Good Team Leader and manager (practical experience of People Management is required)
- Punctual
- Immune to stress
- Excellent attention to details required, reliable, highly motivated
- Customer service-oriented and work well with varied personalities inside and outside of the corporation
- Fluency in Russian and English is required
The Quality Assurance / Quality Control supervisor will be involved in and take ownership of all quality related tasks in the Lipetsk plant (Russia). This will involve responsibilities for Quality Assurance and Quality Control procedures, ensuring the Quality Control of raw material and finished products according to a pre-determined monitoring plan, collaborating with other departments at the Lipetsk plant but also with teams in the European headquarters, maintaining compliance of the finished products with the legal quality and safety requirements, maintaining our customers’ trust in Kemin products.
