For the further expansion of our business division Projects, Consulting & Services at CSB-System Russia in Moscow, we are looking for an experienced
- Project Manager with additional function of regional management
to start as soon as possible.
Your tasks as a project manager:
- Ensuring successful project implementation
- Inspection and approval of detailed concepts drawn up by the subproject managers
- Definition and implementation of measures in the case of target/actual deviations (change management)
- Conducting project reviews
- Continuous project risk analysis
- Ensuring project reporting
- Initiating the acceptance of test plans, subprojects and main project
- Responsible contact person for the customer with regard to project realization
- Definition of measures in case of budget deviations and monitoring of their effectiveness
Your tasks as a regional manager:
- Ensuring optimal cross-project personnel planning in the assigned region as well as organization and harmonization of interfaces within the organization that are required for successful completion of the task
- Management of the above region as well as line and technical management of the employees reporting to you
- Establishment and monitoring of capacity targets, sales targets, quality targets and individual targets of the allocated employees
- Responsibility for the achievement of the agreed targets as well as initiation and implementation of effective measures for target achievement
- Participation in personnel selection, training of the allocated employees as well as implementation of measures in the context of human resource development
- Representing the company to customers and business partners
Your profile:
- A business or technical degree, preferably with focus on food technology, or a similar qualification
- Process knowledge and a good understanding of economic correlations
- At least 5 years' professional experience in the areas of IT or process organization, experience in project management as well as sound knowledge of project management methods and tools
- Industry expertise and experience in the food industry, in particular in the meat industry
- Experience with ERP projects, knowledge of the CSB-System applications desirable
- Excellent command of English, both spoken and in writing, knowledge of German is desirable
- Management skills and management experience or leadership potential
