SpenglerFox - an international Executive Search and HR solutions firm is looking for an Onsite Recruiter to work on the premises of our client in Kyiv, Ukraine.
The onsite recruiter helps assign permanent employees whose skills match customers' needs. The onsite recruiter is based at the customer's worksite and is primarily responsible for meeting the customer's staffing needs.
Essential Functions:
- Delivers high-quality service to customers and permanent employees by matching employees' skills with customers' needs.
- Develops and retains business by providing outstanding customer service.
- Performs a variety of administrative tasks that support the overall mission of quality performance and service.
- Applies direct search skills in order to identify, attract and place candidates on customer’s jobs
- Asks the appropriate questions when taking job orders.
- Comprehends complex job orders.
- Responds to and qualifies job orders efficiently.
- Analyses resumes accurately.
- Interviews candidates to evaluate their qualifications for assignments.
- Makes key-skill resume submittals.
- Conducts candidate reference checks. Uses candidate reference checks to develop additional candidates flow
- Uses recruiting tools to fill assignment orders rapidly with qualified employees.
- Enters information accurately while maintaining and updating the existing computer database.
- Troubleshoots to resolve problems or complaints of customers and/or employees.
- Builds professional relationships with customers, placed employees and staff.
Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in business or human resources or an equivalent amount of experience and training.
- 5+ years of previous experience recruiting
- Fluent English
- Experience of working with direct search is inevitable
- Experience in working with tight deadlines on multiple assignments simultaneously
