The Ad Masters is seeking exceptionally bright, self-motivated, highly focused individuals to support our CEO in Kyiv, Ukraine where we have just opened an office. Come be a part of a multinational team that is headquartered in Chicago. The Special Promotions Host faces the challenge of delivering a World Class Client Experience to critical relationships of The Ad Masters including its Principals in Kyiv, Ukraine. Operating in a professional manner and utilizing exceptional communication skills to engage the client they will have excellent client facing and interpersonal skills. They will be well presented and have a positive ‘can do’ attitude that is infectious both to the client and colleagues alike.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain professionalism at the workplace and all personnel of the Company

• All assigned data collection, marketing, and social media tasks must be completed per management’s requests

• Maintain a consistent and high level of pass & atmosphere list productivity

• Maintain and meet any and all marketing requirements such as guest list, contact information forms, Facebook invites and bulletins

• Keep a proper and professional appearance and attitude

• Responsible for maintaining the workstation in a neat and orderly fashion

• Maintain and promote a friendly atmosphere for customers and staff

• Comply with added hours or time frame after scheduled shift as needed

• Provide invited guests with information and directions

• Inform management of any complaint, comments or incident

• Online Promotion is an integral part of being a Promoter

• Related duties as assigned

• Assists and/ or completes additional tasks as assigned

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Minimum of six (6) months to one (1) year experience in hospitality preferred

• Maintain a professional, neat and well-groomed appearance adhering to Company standards

• Ability to interact with individuals to develop new clientele, establish rapport and increase business

• Ability to portray a polished and professional posture, stance or language expression

• Ability to create and maintain service rapport through the corporate philosophy

• Must have strong problem-solving skills

• Ability to communicate effectively and assertively in the English language, both verbally and in writing with staff, clients, and the general public

• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality

• Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals

• Ability to demonstrate a positive attitude at all times

• Ability to listen empathetically and be respectful at all times

• Ability to maintain composure and stay focused

• Ability to maintain personal integrity

• Nightclub, office, bar, lounge, restaurant, apartment, and other areas throughout Kyiv

• Ability to work in the presence of loud, live music and dancing and communicate during this time period

• Work may be performed in small areas and varying conditions of noise level, temperature, lighting, and air quality

• Must be able to work both inside and outside during all times of the year as needed based on business volumes.
