Coordinate and support the sales business activities
and the systems in accordance with the strategies and
policies of company. He/she coordinates and manages the
National Sales and Marketing Organization to achieve the
targets by delivering the adequate strategy, products,
processes and tools to the Branches on agreement with
the Field Operation area. Main Activities: "
As process owner of all sales & marketing related
tools and processes define and ensure common processes
for sales & marketing in MOS. " Ensure
achievement of strategic, operational and financial
figures in sales of all business lines together with the
field operations managers (matrix organization). "
Ensure KPI achievement in sales for all business lines
(units, volume, profitability, C1, market share,
customer satisfaction) together with the field
operations managers. " Development and deployment
of the local sales strategy and concepts. "
Provide market, customer and competition observations
and analysis. " Anticipation of market trends and
based on this - development of appropriate sales,
product and marketing strategies for KG MOS. "
Establish marketing and customer initiatives or customer
events. " Support Field Operations with sales and
marketing tools and processes. " Establish market
intelligence tools and sales controlling tools. "
Continue to establish a sales excellence culture in MOS.
" Manage market and pricing approaches. "
Set up and implement KAM strategy and concept. "
Roll-out and implement local and group sales projects
such as Shape Sales (SAP) or Customer Satisfaction
Analysis (NPMS). " Ensure professional external
communication & PR for KG MOS. " Ensure
compliance with group communication rules (emergency
communication, branding rules etc.). " Provides
supports in key sales projects to the responsible FOM or
responsible Sales Man. " Manage customer
satisfaction and complaint management process. "
Implement & Roll out new products or product changes
from sales & marketing point of view. Provides
feedback to Group in case market / customer have
alternative product requirements. " Manage and
develop direct reports (currently 2 direct reports).
" Manage dotted line functional sales group in line
with FOM. " Development and training of sales
staff (dotted line). " Optimize the organization
in NSM, optimize staff qualification in NSM. "
Establish (mid-term) an Escalator Sales division.
" Act as interface between the KG and the ASE
Business Managers. " Budget preparation related
to sales for all business lines together with FOMs.
" Monitor monthly achievements in sales and set
appropriate actions in case of deviations (together with
Field Operation Managers). " Ensure as Member of
the Management team together with the MTM achievement of
Management Result, C1 and sales budgets

Professional Experience: Professional experience
in Western multinational corporations in the field of
investment goods and after sales or service business as
Sales Manager (3-4 years). Ideally professional
experience as Sales Manager in a matrix organization.
Professional Education: University Graduation
(preferably commercial university with specialization in
sales and marketing) or alternatively technical
university with solid commercial background.
Additional Qualifications: Mandatory: Comprehensive
expertise in investment good industry with practical
experience in sales. Marketing and external
Communications experience. Leadership experience.
Strong commercial approach. Sectors: Technical
investment good sector and/or service sector preferably
with multinational background (e.g. building,
construction or service industry). Language: English
