CURRENTLY WE ARE LOOKING FOR NEW COLLEAGUE TO OUR TEAM AT QUALITY DEPARTMENT during materity leave of our current employee.
MAIN AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
- To monitor the list of approved RM, PM suppliers, list of approved copackers.
- To develop and implement the supplier and copackers production approval process
- To audit the suppliers and copackers for PVM quality and food safety requirements based on Group policies and local PVM requirements
- To develop the list requirements for supplier, to manage of implementation the requirements in DEVEX specifications.
- To inform suppliers and copackers about PVM Quality and FS requirements, to develop appendix to the contract based on Group & Rus P&T PVM requirements.
- To monitor performance of the CAP’s with supplier and copackers, to perform surveillance audits based on Group periodicity requirements in Policies.
- To cooperate with colleagues to ensure proper communication quality and food safety requirements to suppliers and copackers from SC and Sales team.
- To provide education program for suppliers and copackers for quality PM, Rm and services improvement.
- To develop and distribute PVM methods of quality PM, RM monitoring to suppliers.
- To develop quality and food safety monitoring plan, Q Files for copackers to ensure quality and food safety of co-packing FG
- To control performance of copacker services by control the quality and food safety of FG.
- To ensure constant update of PVM requirements for suppliers and copackers, to ensure proper update the requirements in a contracts.
- To provide constantly supplier performance assessment with SC and relevant colleagues.
- Share information with colleagues.
- To manage the RM, PM non-compliance, PVM complaints management, share the claims to suppliers, co-packers, monitor responds and CAP’s development.
- Request necessary documents from suppliers for DevEx, PDR.
- Support NPD and Regulatory colleagues with supplier’s request of necessary information for new products development and sales, based on Group requirements. with &D providing advice on additives, raw materials and food law;
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3 years' experience in Supplier audits in international companies operating in the food/feed/pharmaceutical industry;
- Degree in Food Science;
- Experience in ISO 9001, FSSC 22000 audits;
- Upper-Intermediate English;
- Deep experience in row & packaging materials Suppliers approvals;
- Knowledge and experience with HACCP, GMP, Quality Control activities;
- Experience in management of Allergens, GMO, RSPO, halal and kosher including cross-contamination;
- Experience at analytical Lab (development and validation of analytical methods, support to the business in the area of analytical chemistry);
- Good communicative and influencing skills;
- Team player attitude;
- Quick learner of new concepts in different areas
