When you become a financial controller in IKEA Industry Vyatka, you will participate in financial and business processes of the company. Your activities will include control, analysis of operational performance, preparation of budgets and forecasts and continuous improvement of financial processes. You will be a member of finance department and report to a Finance Manager. You will be located in Krasnaya Polyana, Kirov region, Russia.
Responsibilities
As a financial controller, you will be responsible for a broad range of activities that support financial effectiveness of the company. It includes:
- Gathering and interpretation of financial information, forming data into meaningful insights;
- Development and follow up of various targets and KPIs for operational performance evaluation;
- Preparation of monthly corporate reports together with the Finance Manager;
- Preparation of the annual budget and quarterly forecasts;
- Investment projects administration and reporting;
- Development, implementation and improvement of financial processes, including ERP.
Qualification
Higher education in accounting, finance or related fields;
Experience in a financial position is preferred;
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
Strong capabilities in Excel;
Good knowledge of financial and business analysis;
Knowledge of the international financial reporting system is desirable;
Work experience in any ERP system is an asset;
Presentation skills;
Ability to interact with cross-functional teams throughout the organization;
Fast learner personality;
English is required, intermediate / upper intermediate;
