Roland Berger is looking for HR Expert for our fast-growing Kyiv office. In this role, you will actively drive our HR agenda in cooperation with our headquarters and take over responsibility for all local activities along the entire HR value chain – from talent acquisition to development and performance management.
Your tasks:
- Manage HR marketing activities (e.g. organize campus events and identify interesting candidates for our talent pool)
- Recruit high potential talent for a large variety of roles (e.g. consultants, research specialists, IT experts, assistants, data engineers) – including active sourcing, selection of appropriate recruiting channels, communication with candidates, conducting fit interviews
- Manage all the company staff turnover (e.g. employment contract preparation, development of compensation schemes, vacation and sick-leave records)
- Manage onboarding/exit processes
- Organize and coordinate regular performance management process (e.g. prepare performance review discussions, align with the management, apply global tools and systems)
- Organize and coordinate training and development programs
- Organize and conduct team events and team building activities
- Manage employee insurance coverage
- Manage internal company databases (SmartRecruiters, SAP, ProFile, ProEvaluation, etc.)
- Act as trustful business partner for leadership and employees as well as actively drive team spirit and office culture (first point of contact for all HR related questions incl. labor law, office activities)
- Ensure an excellent candidate and employee experience and create a high level of engagement to further strengthen Roland Berger's positioning as attractive and innovative employer
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree as well as 4+ years of HR experience in an international work environment
- Solid general HR know-how, understanding of local labor law and regulations
- Proven track-record in recruiting as well as passion to identify and win diverse talent for Roland Berger as well as build and retain high caliber teams (experience in active sourcing is a plus)
- Hands-on mentality and dedication to get involved in operational details while keeping the overall HR agenda in mind
- Strong organization skills and ability to develop tailored solutions in a fast-paced international work environment
- Ability to quickly grasp complex structures and processes and gain an understanding of new (digital) tools
- High level of empathy, excellent communication and relationship management skills at all levels of the organization
- Fluency in Ukrainian, Russian and English; German language skills would be beneficial.
