Our Best Candidate will do:
- very tech-savvy individual
- User Research via conducting user research to understand user behaviours, needs, motivations, and pain points;
- UX Strategy and Planning via collaborating with stakeholders to define the overall UX strategy and vision for the product or service. Developing user personas, user journey maps, and other design artifacts to guide the design process;
- Wireframing and Prototyping via creating low-fidelity and high-fidelity wireframes or interactive prototypes to visualise and iterate on the user interface (UI) and interactions;
- UI Design via creating visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces that align with the brand identity and enhance the user experience;
- Interaction Design via esigning and defining the interactions, micro interactions, and animations within the product or service to create engaging and seamless user experiences;
- Responsive Design via creating designs that are responsive and adaptable across different devices and screen sizes;
- Usability Testing and Iteration via conducting usability tests with users to gather feedback and insights on the usability and effectiveness of the design;
- Collaboration and Communication via collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, to ensure the design aligns with technical feasibility and business requirements;
- UI Implementation Support via collaborating with developers to ensure the design is implemented accurately and matches the intended user experience;
- Keeping up with Trends and Best Practices by staying updated with the latest UX/UI design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.

The conditions are the following:
The first month is a probation period when you mostly watch and learn. Full-time, fully remote position with Salary Pay + Bonus based on KPIs. We are NOT considering any applicants, who is residing in Russia.

Interview process has 3 stages, and you will be required to complete test assignments.
